You can make your reservation on-line by telephone or email.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid when you receive the keys.
When you have completed your deposit payment on-line you will be given a reservation number with which you will identify yourself in any further communication with us. You will receive your confirmation by e-mail.
A security deposit of €200 may be required to cover for any breakages or damage caused to the cottage
The capacity of the cottage is to sleep 3. This number must be respected and cannot be increased without first agreeing with the owners of the cottage.
25% has to be paid on making the reservation of the cottage. This should be paid on-line by Credit Card. The remaining 75% must be paid when you collect your keys.
We have no peak season rates and charge the same price every night of the year.
When reserving the cottage there is a Check In and Check Out time. Check In is after 15.00 and Check Out is before 12.00. If you need to Check In or Out at times which differ to these please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
When you arrive, one of us will wait for you at the cottage. We will explain how the cottage is to be used as well as giving you instructions on how to use all equipment and electrical appliances, etc. We will also collect the outstanding 75% of the total amount of the rent.
At Check Out one of us will go to the cottage at an arranged time and will collect the keys, check the state of the cottage for damages etc. If damages have been incurred, these will be charged to your credit card.
During your stay, if you have any doubts or problems you can contact one of us. You can also contact us for any kind of information or directions you may need.
Before your arrival we will carefully prepare the cottage and provide fresh, clean towels and sheets.
There is a charge of €5 for loss of keys.
Clients are requested to leave the cottage in reasonable conditions.
We allow pets in the cottage. Please contact us beforehand to make arrangements.
As soon as you know the time of arrival of your flight or the time you will reach the cottage, we advise you to contact us so that we can be at the cottage to meet you with the keys at the agreed time. This avoids unnecessary waiting.
Depending on the time of year, we may require total payment of rent by bank transfer or credit card.
The person who books the cottage will be responsible for the behaviour of all the people who accompany him/her. This includes behaviour in the cottage. If said behaviour is not correct or if irresponsible actions take place we may request that the client and companions leave the cottage without being able to claim any type of compensation.
If you need an invoice, please just let us know.
We do not assume any kind of responsibility for direct or indirect damages which may have come about due to wrong use by the client. This includes, without limits, losses due to fire, robbery, and accidents or other types of damage.
We recommend you take out travel insurance.
Access to any information published on this web sit is determined by the acceptance of these General Conditions. At the same time all reservations are subject to availability of the cottage and the reception of confirmation, by e-mail, from dublin cottage.
