dublin cottage is Dublin's most unique self catering accommodation. It's a project undertaken by 2 designers, Deirdre Cantwell (quack + dirk) and Eoin Mahon (break open). When we go to other cities we try to explore local and unique spots and what we're trying to achieve in Dublin Cottage is somewhere we'd love to have in a city we'd visit.

So rather than piling into a hostel with 67 other tourists or staying in a generic apartment that could be anywhere in the world we've tried to offer a unique space that could only be possible here in Dublin city. It's a small 100 year old (roughly) cottage located to the north of the city centre that's about a 15 minute walk from the Spire on O'Connell Street. In order to get an insight into the city you can talk to us, we live 8 doors down so if you've any questions about where to eat, where to go out, what gigs are on or where to shop we can help. Also if you've a furry friend we also welcome pets.
